me + microphone + headphones + recorder = :D

i've been doing a lot more sound design lately and i had forgotten how much i enjoy the process of field recording. i haven't had to capture anything crazy (just a lot leaves, ambience, and vehicle sounds), but honestly, i probably should have pursued sound design and sound recording professionally.
